Great to hear from you Don, and glad that you are doing well (dare I say thriving?).
I’m getting up early every day, writing my Daily Ink, meditating for 10 minutes, doing 20 minutes cardio while listening to an eBook, and doing a few more exercises. My eating habits have suffered a bit with school start-up but other than that I’m doing very well and staying on top of a very busy work schedule.
Stress still feels high, but overall I’m managing well, and feeling as healthy as I have felt in years. 😃👍
