I don’t do FourSquare but…

…I’m pretty happy about these squares!

We have a huge surprise planned for our kids and I’ve got my phone loaded with more books than I can read. 4 weeks off, then I’ve got a 4 day work-week when I return before heading to the flat classroom conference where I finally get to meet Kim CofinoJulie LindsayVicki Davis and many more amazing educators. But before that happens, I’ve got to work my way through a few mango shakes… life is good!

The one we did was http://www.thaifarmcooking.com and if you can, ask for Max as your chef.  They pick you up at your lodging, stop at a market along the way, cook lunch and are delivered home in the afternoon.  The food was delicious!  You are lucky to have an 'in house' travel agent! Thanks for the advice, I think the kids would love a cooking class! Do you have more information? My wife has done almost all the work setting this holiday up, I don’t know the name of the company for our day caring for elephants and beside booking a hotel in Bangkok, I couldn’t name a hotel or even an airline we are travelling with. My wonderful wife rocks! 🙂

Looks like a fabulous trip. Which place are you doing your elephant day at? Would also highly recommend the farm cooking class in Chiang Mai, one of our best days. The kids would love it too.
